Jadi, iman timbul dari pendengaran, dan pendengaran oleh firman Kristus (rhema).
[Yohanes 1 : 1, 3-4]
Pada mulanya adalah Firman; Firman itu bersama-sama dengan Allah dan Firman itu adalah Allah. Segala sesuatu dijadikan oleh Dia dan tanpa Dia tidak ada suatu pun yang telah jadi dari segala yang telah dijadikan. Dalam Dia ada hidup dan hidup itu adalah terang manusia.
Apakah ada iman saat engkau membaca firman Tuhan (logos)?
Apakah engkau melihat firman sebagai perkataan Kristus (rhema)?
Saat ada krisis datang, saat pekerjaan mulai ada masalah, saat rumah tangga mulai goncang, apakah engkau takut? Rasa takut itu ada karena belum ada perkataan Kristus (rhema) yang menjadi hidup dalam hidupmu.
Iman bukan datang dari kekuatan jiwa, motivasi, atau sugesti diri. Iman yang tidak pudar itu datang dari perkataan Kristus, bukan hanya sekedar percaya saja atau mengimani saja. Kita dibangun di atas dasar kebenaran, dan semuanya dimulai dari perkataan Kristus (rhema).
Apakah di dalam hidupmu ada perkataan Kristus ? Atau hanya perkataan dari dunia, perkataan manusia, atau pengetahuan tentang Alkitab (logos) ?

So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
Is there faith when you read God’s word (Logos)?
Do you see the words as the words of Christ (Rhema)?
When a crisis comes, when there are problems at work, when the household start to shake up, are you afraid? The fear exist because the word of Christ (Rhema) has not yet come alive in your life.
Faith does not come from the power of the soul, motivation, or self-sugestion. Unfading faith comes from the word of Christ, not merely belief or faith. We are built on a foundation of truth, and it all begins with the word of Christ(Rhema).
Do you find the words of Christ in your ife? Or are they only words of the world, human words, or biblical knowledge (Logos)?
