“Setiap kali apabila Yehudi selesai membacakan tiga empat lajur, maka raja mengoyak-ngoyaknya dengan pisau raut, lalu dilemparkan ke dalam api yang di perapian itu, sampai seluruh gulungan itu habis dimakan api yang di perapian itu.”
Firman selalu datang tetapi seringkali respon kita mengabaikannya karena firman-Nya tidak cocok.

“Mungkin apabila kaum Yehuda mendengar tentang segala malapetaka yang Aku rancangkan hendak mendatangkannya kepada mereka, maka mereka masing-masing akan bertobat dari tingkah langkahnya yang jahat itu, sehingga Aku mengampuni kesalahan dan dosa mereka.”
Tetapi hati Tuhan itu selalu mau memberikan Firman nya untuk kita semua bertobat dan berjumpa dengan Kasih karunia.
